Refund, Exchange & Replacement
Refund and/or Replacement requests will be handled on a case by case basis and must be placed within 10 days of our selected carrier’s proof of delivery. If 10 days have elapsed since your order delivery date you will no longer be eligible for a refund and/or replacement of any kind.
Discontinued items are not eligible for a replacement.
Please use the “Contact” form below, include your order number and item description to request a refund or replacement. We will remain in touch with you via email regarding your request.
(To speed up this process, it is always recommended to take pictures of your item as soon as possible -if applicable- especially when opening/unboxing/unwrapping.)
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation must be initiated within 24 hours of purchase confirmation. After this 24 hour window has elapsed, the ordered items will then be subject to our refund policy above.
Brick Immortar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after our selected carrier’s delivery has taken place. If your order/item shows proof of delivery via the delivery service tracking details, but you’re unable to locate it, you may be eligible for a refund if the order/item in question remains lost or otherwise not in your possession once 10 days have elapsed from the date indicated on our selected carrier’s proof of delivery. Use the “Contact” form below, include your order number, item description and a brief summary of your issue/request to initiate this process.
In the event a delivery address has issues with lost or stolen packages, we ask that the customer perform necessary due diligence to ensure these issues are resolved prior to placing any further orders from BrickImmortar.com.
